The work

As a Channel Marketing Manager, you will shape how our partners succeed with IQM. Your work turns complex quantum technology into clear, usable, and impactful content that helps partners sell, position, and deliver our solutions. You will own the partner portal as a key enablement channel and make it a trusted, always-on resource for our global ecosystem. You will work closely with Partner Management, Sales, and subject-matter experts across IQM.

What you'll actually do Own and continuously improve the partner portal as a central sales enablement platform

Define and execute a clear content strategy and editorial calendar for partner-facing materials

Create and manage high-quality partner content such as sales decks, toolkits, and messaging guides

Coordinate with internal experts to source, develop, and publish relevant content

Ensure consistent, clear messaging across all partner communications

Build and maintain structured partner communication rhythms such as updates and announcements

Establish content governance practices including version control and lifecycle management

Act as the main marketing contact for partner enablement topics across teams

Collaborate closely with Partner Managers and Sales to align content with commercial priorities

Drive alignment and follow-through across marketing, sales, and technical stakeholders
