WANTED: Site Manager & Team Builder – Destination Portugal 🇵🇹☀️

We are looking for a Site Manager who understands that the Portuguese sun is meant to illuminate perfect craftsmanship, not to hide mistakes. In this role, you won’t just manage a site; you’ll help hand-pick your own "special forces" and keep demanding clients happy.

We renovate and build high-end luxury properties in Portugal, where the bar is high and deadlines are sacred. We are looking for a "Site Sun" who leads projects with a Finnish work ethic and has nerves of steel even with the most demanding clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Team Building: You will have a direct say in which Finnish professionals join you on the journey. You’ll select your trusted team together with company management – because since you’re the one leading them on-site, you need to trust them 100%.

The "Captain" & Schedule Warden: You are responsible for ensuring the project progresses at the agreed pace. We don’t do "mañana" – promises made to the client are kept, and a professional work ethic is visible in every working hour.

Diplomat & Problem Solver: You handle difficult stakeholders and "on-the-fly" changes from clients with calm confidence. You know how to communicate so that the client feels heard, while the site’s course and quality remain constant.

Budget Control & Estimation: You ensure the project budget stays on track and doesn't leak like a sieve. You estimate contracts accurately and guide local subcontractors with firmness and precision.

Internal Sales Ace: You know how to "sell" the right technical and aesthetic solutions to both the client and the architect so convincingly that trust remains throughout the project.

Reporting: You keep all parties updated with professional weekly reports that show honest and accurate progress.

What We Expect From You:
