We're ANNELE, a Finnish jewely brand with stores in Helsinki and Tampere and a growing international presence and we're on a mission to further bring ANNELE to a global audience.
This summer we're looking for someone who genuinely lives and breathes social media, not as a creator themselves, but as someone who follows the space obsessively, understands what makes content work, and knows the creator world from the inside out. If you spend time studying influencers, tracking trends, and thinking about why certain accounts grow while others don't, this role was made for you.
You'll be leading our international creator outreach programme, identifying and building relationships with creators in international markets and turning those relationships into real results for ANNELE.
What you'll be doing:
— Researching and identifying influencers across Instagram and TikTok in international markets who align with the ANNELE aesthetic
— Qualifying creators based on follower count, engagement rate, audience location and content style
— Reaching out via DM and email with personalised messages on behalf of ANNELE
— Managing communication with interested creators through the gifting and affiliate setup process
— Coordinating product gifting and working with our team to select and send the right pieces
— Setting up affiliate codes and tracking links for each partner
— Tracking results: clicks, posts, orders, and commission
— Identifying top performers for potential longer-term partnerships
Requirements
- — A genuine passion for social media and the creator economy: you follow influencers, you understand the game, and you're excited to be on the brand side of it
- — Strong written English, you'll be communicating directly with international creators
- — An eye for aesthetics and a natural feel for what fits a brand
- — A background in or studies related to marketing, communications, PR or media is a plus
