✨ Role highlights

Build our AI-powered CS operational hub – Design and implement smart automations for onboarding, expansion, and churn prevention to guide customers through their key lifecycle stages seamlessly.

💼 What you’ll be doing

This isn’t about just managing accounts. It’s about making a real difference by eliminating repetitive tasks and building systems that scale. You will:

Build and iterate automations – Set up self-service onboarding, renewal workflows, and AI routing without waiting for permission. You will test, iterate, and bring finished solutions to the team.

Manage a high-volume portfolio – Handle a portfolio of up to 150 small-to-medium business (SMB) accounts. You will use these stable, mature accounts as the baseline to identify lifecycle b
