Job Purpose

Act as an

internal co-owner of assigned customer accounts

in collaboration with Field Sales Executives (FSE) / Inside Key Account Managers (IKAM), supporting large and mid-sized accounts within the

Microsoft portfolio

. The role focuses on delivering high customer satisfaction while identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

Manage a defined portfolio of

mid-sized partners

across the TD SYNNEX Microsoft offering, contributing to revenue and margin growth across the total portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a defined portfolio of mid-sized partners within the
  • Microsoft portfolio
  • .
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound sales activity.
  • Engage customers in value-based conversations around Microsoft solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly
  • revenue and margin targets
  • for the assigned segment.
  • Build strong, long-term customer and partner relationships through proactive engagement.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the TD SYNNEX portfolio.
  • Create and manage sales opportunities and pipeline in the
  • CRM system
  • , ensuring timely closure.
  • Provide accurate quotations and manage pricing, promotions and offers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (FSE, BDM, ISS) to support complex or project-based opportunities.
  • Ensure high service levels, including order follow-up and backorder management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience
  • in a sales or commercial role, ideally B2B.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a pipeline.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial mindset with good numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise, plan and manage time effectively.
  • Good understanding of the sales cycle and customer management.
  • Experience working with
  • CRM systems
  • ; quotation/order tools are a plus.
  • Interest or background in
  • IT / technology solutions
  • ; Microsoft exposure is an advantage.
  • Confident user of
  • Microsoft Office
  • (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Fluent English
