Our client Infosys is seeking an experienced Technology Lead - Telecom Backend & Cloud to work with enterprise applications within the telecom industry. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical expert who thrives in complex environments and enjoys leading development initiatives across backend, frontend, cloud, and DevOps.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade telecom applications.
- Work across backend technologies including Java, Spring Boot, JBoss, Wildfly, MySQL, and Apache Artemis for messaging.
- Contribute to telephony-related development using SIP signaling.
- Oversee UI development for React, iOS (Apple Developer Enterprise), and Android (Android Studio) applications.
- Drive DevOps practices using GitHub, GitHub Actions, JFrog Artifactory, ZAP security scanning, and Postman for API testing.
- Support cloud and infrastructure operations across Kubernetes, Rancher, Amazon EKS, EC2, RDS, and UPCloud.
- Ensure observability and monitoring through Grafana, Prometheus, OpenSearch, and OpenTelemetry (OTEL).
- Work with streaming and messaging platforms such as Kafka.
- Manage and optimize networking and web server configurations using NGINX and Apache.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, and ensure high-quality delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
- Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of overall industry experience, including at least 8 years in relevant technologies
