As an Enterprise Account Executive, you are a sales professional experienced in selling to Enterprise accounts in Italy. You know how to sell innovation and change through customer vision expansion and can guide deals forward to compress decision cycles. You love understanding a product in depth and are passionate about communicating its value to Customers and Partners. Always looking for new opportunities, you will close new accounts while maintaining existing accounts.

You will report to the Sales Director for Italy.

The impact you will have:

Assess your territory and develop a successful execution strategy

Use a solution-based approach to selling and creating value for new logo accounts

Identify and close quick, small wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles

Track all customer details, including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce

Exceed activity and quarterly revenue targets

Promote the value of the Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform

Ensure 100% satisfaction among all customers

What we look for:

Understanding of the data platform and cloud ecosystems

Exposure to the software industry and a good knowledge of selling SaaS, Data, and Business Value

A good understanding of how to research company information and identify key stakeholders

Competent with prospecting research and able to map out key stakeholders

Adept in selling to technical buyers

Understanding of MEDDPICC

Experience exceeding sales targets/quotas

Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience

Fluency in English and Italian is required
