Sandvik Mining and Construction Oy's Tampere site is a global technology and manufacturing center for Underground Drilling equipment.

The Training Center of Excellence team has an excellent opportunity for a Training Manager to lead a team of technical trainers and to manage Underground Drilling training offering and training solutions. This position permanent and is based at our global technology and manufacturing center for drilling equipment in Tampere (Myllypuro), Finland.

Your mission - technically skilled, business minded inspiring leader

You will be part of the Training Center of Excellence management team. Your team - the Training Academy - will provide world-class technical and operator training for our Sales Areas and customers.

Your duties include

Ensuring our sales organizations have the necessary technical competence to manage with Underground Drilling iSeries fleet roll-out

Upskilling our sales organizations around the world to master optimized drilling

Leading technical BEV competence development at the backline and at the customer interface globally

Managing digital driller product development and business offering for underground drilling applications

Developing underground drilling training together with sales functions

Applying modern learning methods, technical solutions, and way of working in Underground Drilling Training Academy

Executing and coordinating creation of technical training materials.
