We are now looking for a Product Sales Mid-level Assistant for our client, A leading global company in the telecommunication and digital infrastructure industry.
Responsibilities
Marketing strategy and development:
Implement marketing strategies, under guidance, for one or two mature products in high-value regions and be able to communicate with junior-level customers. Collect opportunity information in the region.
Market segmentation and digital marketing:
Support product market segment management and overall GTM strategy planning and ensure effective implementation of sales strategies.
Support digital marketing and the routine operations of themed stores, carry out technical communication on brand and feature specifications of mature products with junior-level customers, and enable the customers.
Support the planning and organization of product branding activities in the region to achieve operational, market-presence, and competitive goals.
Pre-sales technical support and sales lead generation:
Support the remote handling of pre-sales technical issues for one or two products, provide customers and partners with comprehensive pre-sales support, such as product sourcing, configuration quotation, network planning, and solution design, and strictly control the support quality to ensure service targets are achieved.
Support the building and operation of pre-sales self-service capabilities, improve the product corpus, and effectively distribute inquiries. Participate in business process optimization, service quality inspection and management, and service efficiency management, and continuously optimize them.
Knowledge
Understand knowledge about at least one of the following domains: wireless, core network, datacom, access network, IT, and data storage, and product managers' daily routines.
Understand and apply scenario-based solution knowledge, and have adequate knowledge of carrier networks, business, services, and experience.
