Salespeople — the recruitment arm of the Rahmqvist Group — is looking for a HR & Office operations and sales Manager to take an active role in building Rahmqvist Finland.

This role combines HR tasks, sales support, recruitment and office administration – perfect for someone who enjoys variety and independence.
This is not a senior leadership position.
It’s a hands-on, coordinating role for someone early in their career who wants to understand how a commercial organization really works — and grow step by step.
You’ll work closely with sales teams and leaders, helping things run smoothly and keeping the daily business moving forward.
Think of it as a mix of coordination, support, and structure-building — not top-level decision-making.
What you’ll actually be doing:
Supporting daily sales activity and keeping things on track
Helping managers with follow-ups, planning, and structure
Coordinating recruitment and onboarding of new hires
Assisting with HR topics and payroll coordination
Keeping an eye on KPIs and making sure things are followed up
Joining customer meetings and fieldwork when needed
Helping organize events, trainings, and local initiatives
Being a reliable go-to person who helps things get done
We already have central teams handling finance and customer service — your role is to support locally and keep things organized and moving.
