Manufacturing IT Solution Manager

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing IT Solution Manager to join our ICT Development team.

In this key role, you will develop Fazer's Manufacturing solutions end-to-end - ensuring that our IT capabilities support manufacturing processes, transformation initiatives, regulatory requirements, and harmonized ways of working across the Group. You will collaborate daily with business super users, process owners, data owners, ICT colleagues, and IT service providers, and play a central role in IT development prioritization across the manufacturing domain. You will also participate actively in the transformation programs and contribute to realizing our on-going SAP S/4HANA roadmap.

As our Manufacturing IT Solution Manager, you will shape the future of Fazer's manufacturing processes by driving modern, efficient, and scalable SAP S/4HANA-based capabilities across the Group. You will influence how manufacturing operations run on a day to day basis, and you will have a strong impact on transformation programs that touch every corner of our business. The role offers versatile development opportunities, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to grow professionally as part of our ICT organisation.

In this role, you will:

Have a responsibility of the Fazer's Manufacturing solutions and ensure their alignment with business needs. Supported systems in this area are SAP and Maximo.

Mentor and guide business super users and maintain strong collaboration with the super user community

You will play a central role in prioritizing development with stakeholders, participating in the Fazer S/4 HANA program, and guiding the evolution of our SAP landscape

Support solution and domain architects in realizing target architecture
