Finishing Foreman, Data Centre Project, Hamina

We are recruiting a Finishing Foreman for our client's data centre construction project in Hamina . In this role, you will be responsible for leading an approximately 20-person fit-out architectural team and managing finishing works on site.

The architectural fit-out scope includes the construction ofinternal walls, ceilings, floors, doors, fixed furnishings, and other interiorstructures.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing and supervising daily site operations and ensuring high-quality execution of works

Reviewing drawings, identifying discrepancies, and assessing changes

Documentation and reporting to the project management team

Ensuring site safety and smooth day-to-day operations

You are a strong candidate if you have:

A relevant education in construction and experience working as a site foreman or supervisor

Good understanding of construction regulations and quality standards

Experience in industrial construction projects and international sites is considered an advantage

Fluent English skills, as the working language on site is English
