AI Lead

We are now looking for an AI Lead to turn digitalization into measurable business impact by embedding AI into everyday work, core processes, and customer solutions from internal efficiency improvements to new data‑ and AI‑enabled offerings across the organization.

Your role and the team

As AI Lead, you are responsible for the strategic and operational use of Artificial Intelligence at group level, ensuring AI creates measurable business value across Elomatic. You own the AI strategy and roadmap and work closely with business units, experts, and customers to identify, prioritize, and scale AI use cases that improve internal efficiency and enable new solutions.

You are part of the IT and Digital Transformation unit and act as a visible AI advisor and sparring partner across the organization, reporting to the CIO.

Your main responsibilities will include:

defining and driving Elomatic’s AI strategy, roadmap, principles, and ways of working

translating business needs into concrete AI use cases, pilots, and rollouts that support different functions, processes, and roles

increasing awareness of AI opportunities and building a network of internal AI ambassadors to enable successful adoption and capability development

What helps you succeed in this role

Relevant university‑level education, experience with AI, data, analytics, or digital solutions

Actively follow AI developments and bring relevant insights into the organization

Translate AI into measurable business value

Experience in expert‑driven environments or consulting environments

Understanding of business processes, data, AI governance, security, GDPR and EU AI Act

Hands‑on mindset with the ability to work both strategically and operationally, in collaboration with multiple stakeholders
