Samlink's Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a strategic member of the executive team, responsible for defining and driving the company's technology vision and innovation roadmap. The CTO will be accountable for leading a team to architect a robust, scalable technology infrastructure that supports business growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This senior leadership role demands a visionary architect who can shape the organization's technological future, influence cross-functional teams, and inspire a culture of excellence across operations in Finland and the Nordics.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Technology and Architectural Vision
- Visionary Technology Strategy : Develop and communicate a progressive, long-term technology strategy that aligns with corporate objectives, anticipates future needs, and establishes a competitive edge.
- Architectural Leadership : Design and oversee the implementation of a high-level technology architecture that supports scalability, security, and resilience. Ensure alignment between the company's architectural frameworks and its business goals, enabling the organization to adapt swiftly to market changes and customer's needs.
- Cross-Functional Alignment : Work closely with senior leadership across sales, development, operations, and finance to integrate technology and architectural goals with broader business strategies.
