About this role
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves handling daily store operations, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily store opening and closing procedures
- Handle cash register operations, including payments and transactions
- Actively promote and recommend products to customers
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive customer service
- Maintain store cleanliness and product displays
- Assist customers with inquiries and product selection
Requirements
- Calm and composed under pressure, with good on-the-spot problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable
- Positive attitude with strong enthusiasm for customer service
- Good logical thinking and communication skills
- Proficient in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- A valid residence permit with the right to work is required.
- Fluency in English is required; Finnish or other languages are considered a plus.
