At Podimo, one of Europe’s fastest-growing podcast and audiobook platforms, we’re looking for someone who treats AI as a force multiplier and owns quality end-to-end.</span></p><h2><strong>This is the role</strong></h2><p><span>You’ll join the Membership squad, working across BE, Web, Android, and iOS to ship reliable experiences. You’ll own our end-to-end automation, using AI-assisted testing to keep feedback loops tight and improve coverage.</span></p><p><span>You’ll be expected to experiment fast and rethink how testing is done with AI.</span></p><p><span>You’ll also contribute to Podimo’s QA community, a strong cross-squad group shaping how the entire engineering organization approaches quality.</span></p><h3><strong>Your main responsibilities in the role:</strong></h3><ul><li><p><span>Design and maintain E2E test automation across backend, web, Android, and iOS</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with engineers from day one: review acceptance criteria, catch gaps early, close the loop fast</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitor quality dashboards and investigate issues through logs and observability tooling.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Turn real user issues from Customer Care into permanent regression coverage</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build and evolve QA tooling, and help drive how AI is adopted in testing across Podimo</span></p></li><li><p><span>Actively contribute to the QA community by sharing practices and raising standards across teams</span></p></li></ul><h2><strong>This is you</strong></h2><p><span>We care more about how you think and grow than how many years you’ve worked. Show us what</span></p></li><li><p><span>Test automation experience on at least one platform (web or mobile).
