We're looking for Senior FP&A Business Partner to join our Finance team in Dublin, Ireland or Helsinki, Finland.

Your day-to-day work and responsibilities include...Support monthly, quarterly, and annual income statement reporting - covering revenue, gross margin, opex, and EBITDA
Prepare and present variance analysis vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods, with clear commentary for senior leadership
Own headcount planning - partnering with HR and department heads to track, forecast, and model people costs
Support the annual budgeting process for opex, ensuring plans are robust and aligned to company strategy
Support cash flow forecasting, producing accurate short and medium-term models to support treasury and operational planning
Act as a trusted financial advisor to senior leadership - providing proactive insight, not just reporting
Use AI tools like Claude and Copilot to accelerate modelling, automate routine reporting, and improve financial commentary
This position is for you if you have...Professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) and 5-8 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role - ideally in SaaS or a subscription business
Solid experience modelling income statements, headcount, expenses, and cash flow
Strong financial modelling skills and confidence in Excel or Google Sheets
Experience using AI tools in a finance context - for modelling, forecasting, reporting, or commentary
