We are looking for an energetic and positive sales professional for the Area Manager role in Northeast Finland. You will be responsible for sales of clinical nutrition products, working with a mix of pharmacy and hospital customers. Your portfolio will include well-known and trusted brands like Nutridrink and Souvenaid, and you will have the opportunity to work with innovative products from a market-leading company.

This is a full-time, permanent position in a field- and home-based set-up. The geographical area is extensive which means flexibility and strong planning skills are key. Overnight stays are part of the role (approximately 6 nights per month).

As our new Area Manager, you will independently manage and develop your territory, create customer plans, and implement sales activities in line with strategy. You will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders while taking full ownership of your area.

Your main responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:Planning, prioritising, and implementing sales activities within your own area

Working with both pharmacy and hospital customers and developing long-term partnerships

Creating growth together with customers through value-based selling

Planning and conducting trainings for healthcare professionals

Operating effectively through digital channels, alongside physical customer meetings

Attending relevant professional events, meetings, and industry activities
