About this role

This job will require you be work from our Farringdon office 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs) Executive Administration Support  Provide proactive, high-quality EA support to the Chief People Officer, including complex diary management; meeting coordination; working / liaising with other EAs and Business Managers; and managing the CPO’s travel arrangements  Liaise with all members of the People Leadership Team  Act as a gatekeeper for the CPO, managing business priorities, information flow, diary management and prioritising key interactions  Prepare correspondence, briefing notes and follow-up actions to ensure momentum on key initiatives is maintained  Greet and organise refreshments for all CPO guests and ensure meeting rooms are booked; and manage refreshments and lunch for the CPO on a daily basis.  Always operate in a highly discrete and confidential manner, handling sensitive people and organisational matters  Strategic Support  Support the CPO in shaping agendas, priorities and forward planning  Build high-quality PowerPoint presentations, papers and briefing materials for ExCo and Board meetings  Assist in developing meeting agendas, synthesising information and noting / tracking actions agreed  Conduct analysis, research and preparation to develop a point of view on key strategic initiatives  Help coordinate cross-functional projects on behalf of the CPO that involves senior stakeholders from across the business     

Essential:  Experience in an EA, Chief of Staff, Business Consultant or similar environment  Significant exposure to senior stakeholders within a large complex organisational setting and the ability to navigate this  Strong business acumen with the ability to understand organisational priorities and executive decision‑making  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear, high-quality written materials  Significant experience in using PowerPoint with the ability to tell a story well  Experience and understanding of the components of a PLC people function  Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast‑paced environment  Advanced organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities  High attention to detail, judgement and a high-level discretion  Proactive problem-solving ability
