We are looking for a Senior Analyst (DIS)

The Senior Analyst (DIS) is a key contributor within Content Operations, responsible for the development, maintenance, and operational support of the DIS database. The role ensures high‑quality application recognition, normalization, and data categorization, while independently resolving complex analytical and customer challenges.

As a senior individual contributor, the role acts as a subject‑matter expert within the DIS domain, supports agile delivery, and contributes to team capability growth through coaching and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance the DIS database, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
  • Independently analyze and resolve complex data, content, and customer issues.
  • Apply deep knowledge of data models and analytics to drive business outcomes.
  • Own business and support cases end‑to‑end, including planning and prioritization.
  • Support agile ways of working; may facilitate team activities or act as Scrum Master.
  • Coach and mentor analysts, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex DIS or analytical issues.
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders, translating insights into actionable outcomes.
  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent.
  • Experience working with complex data models and analytical systems.
  • Proven ability to independently solve complex problems and drive results.
  • Experience coaching or mentoring peers.
  • Strong data analysis, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Self‑driven, proactive, and confident in independent decision‑making.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery models is an advantage.
