Your main tasks will be:
Telephone and e-mail service for Finnish-speaking individual clients
Presenting Beliani products to our clients
Chat service
Managing the timely execution of orders and return shipments
Handling customer service inquiries pre- and post-sale via phone, e-mail, and chat
Supporting other markets in English
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish *mother tongue
- Communicative level of English (min. B1 level)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good cultural knowledge of a given market
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Cloud Suite
- Ability to work both in a team and independently
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and be a problem solver
