You’ll get hands-on experience helping us create impactful content while developing your skills alongside our senior editors and creatives.</p><p><strong>Your responsibilities 🚀</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Edit raw video content into assets for performance marketing, website, and campaigns.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Re-edit and adapt existing content for different formats, channels, and placements to maximize reach and performance.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Apply color correction, sound design, music mixing, and effects to ensure polished final outputs.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage and assemble content from internal shoots, the media team, and external creators into compelling brand and performance assets.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure all content aligns with Tropicfeel’s visual identity and creative guidelines.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinate the rapid delivery of multiple versions and variations of creative assets to support paid media testing.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure projects are delivered on time, balancing speed with high production quality.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate closely with creatives and other editors to ensure the final output matches the original creative vision.</span></p></li><li><p>Participate in asset definition and brainstorming sessions, sharing your ideas to help shape how we tell our stories across different platforms</p></li><li><p><span>Maintain consistency of tone, style, and narrative across formats and channels.</span><br></p></li></ul><p><strong>What are we looking for?🕵️</strong><br></p><ul><li><p><strong>Background:</strong> Currently studying or recently graduated in Film, Audiovisual Media, Multimedia Design, or a related field.</p></li><li><p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Proficiency in<strong> Da Vinci </strong>and/or <strong>Adobe Premiere Pro</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Creative Eye:</strong> A good sense of rhythm, pacing, and visual storytelling, especially for short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Ads).</p></li><li><p><strong>Adaptability:</strong> Ability to handle multiple tasks and versions in a fast-paced environment without losing attention to detail.</p></li><li><p><strong>Learning Mindset:</strong> A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to grow, receive feedback, and improve your editing craft.</p></li><li><p><strong>Languages:</strong> Good level of English to work within our international team and Spanish is a plus.<br></p></li></ul><p><strong>What do we offer? 🍬</strong></p><p>💰 Paid Internship</p><p>📅 6 months internship</p><p>🚀Entrepreneurial environment that encourages innovation</p><p>💻Flexible work with a hybrid policy (3 days at the office, 2 flexible days)</p><p>🐶 Pet-friendly office, bring your furry friends every day!</p><p>☕Daily fresh fruit, coffee & tea</p><p>👐Team-building activities</p><p>✨ Career growth through development programs</p><p>➖50% discounts on Tropicfeel’s products<
