Responsibilities

• Customer acquisition and development of key accounts at Nordics
• Identify leads and opportunities à building sales pipeline
• Develop and grow industrial customer relationships
• Maintain active market and customer reviews and follow - ups, translating customer investment and service needs into clear sales priorities
• Drive bid/tender and contracting excellence: lead sales projects and negotiations, ensure pricing principles, commercial quality, risk identification, and profitability
• Leverage internal collaboration and build strong cooperation with Enersense's business lines and support functions
• Actively develop and continuously improve your own work practices and sales processes
• The Sales Manager position reports to the Head of Sales, Energy Transition and is part of the Energy Transition Business Unit Sales team. The location of the position can be any of our offices and you have the flexibility to work remotely. However, the position requires the possibility to travel regularly.
