About this role

As a Provider Representative you will be part of our Global Provider Services Organization, where you'll be responsible to provide support to our Health Care Partners in their day to day inquiries. In your role you will work very closely with peers and stakeholders strategically positioned across the globe.

Key to the role will be the end-to-end journey, managing the partnership with health provider accounts, such as hospitals and clinics and support their journey from the on-boarding follow up, to the support on the daily / monthly interactions with Cigna, educate them to navigate Cigna operating model and assist them in their claims and payments related inquiries on a global scale (IHDS)

You will also be able to deal with more complex cases such as provider complaints, which you will resolve with in partnership of other stakeholders of PSO or Cigna where needed.

Education Level:

Bachelor or similar by experience: Translation and Interpreting, Foreign Languages or Accounting studies are highly valued.

Specific Knowledge:

Active knowledge of

English

is a must (C1 level)

Active knowledge of

German

(B2 Level) is a must. Any additional spoken languages is a plus!
