CNC Production Supervisor/Programmer

We’re hiring a Production Supervisor/CNC Programmer for a Finland-based defense technology and engineering company.

We’re specifically looking for someone who has:

Higher technical education (e.g., engineer in mechanical engineering, production technology, or equivalent)

Strong knowledge of materials science and metal cutting / machining technologies

Proven experience operating and programming CNC machines (milling and turning centers, 3–5 axes), preferably with Haas

Excellent skills in CAM software — proficient in Fusion 360; ability to create and optimize NC programs for multi-axis machining

Experience with SolidWorks — considered a strong advantage

Experience with EDM (wire/sink) machines — advantage

Practical experience in organizing production, process development and close cooperation with design / R&D engineers

Hands-on experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repair of CNC milling and turning machines

Quick learner with broad technical understanding, high work ethic, leadership / team supervision skills, and good problem-solving ability

Communicative English (B1–B2 level)
