Role Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support a large-scale transformation initiative within a modern industrial and production environment. This role focuses on advancing and optimizing manufacturing processes, contributing to the development of next-generation production systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee project execution within the assigned functional area
- Drive initiatives related to production enhancement and process optimization
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Ensure project delivery meets defined timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards
- Facilitate the implementation of new technologies, processes, and operational methodologies
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate resources and activities to maintain smooth project progression
- Required Experience
- Proven experience in senior-level project management roles, preferably within industrial or manufacturing environments
- Strong background in managing complex projects and driving transformation initiatives
- Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred)
