What you'll do here as HR Relations Specialist?
As HR Relations Specialist, you will be the central competence holder within health and safety, work environment, and employee well-being in Sweden. In this role, you will drive, develop, and support our work environment agenda from a broad HR perspective, contributing to a workplace where employees can perform, grow, and feel well.
A key part of the role is to support the organization in creating sustainable structures, processes, and initiatives within the field of work environment and health. You will work closely with managers, HR colleagues, unions, safety representatives, and occupational health partners to ensure that Axis continues to provide a safe, proactive, and well-functioning work environment in line with Swedish legislation and our internal ambitions.
