About the role
On behalf of our client — a well-established, mid-sized marketing company with around 500 employees — we at Talentora are looking for a driven and commercially minded Account Manager to join their team. This is a fully remote position focused entirely on the Swedish market, where you will own and grow client relationships while driving business results in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts across the Swedish market
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver marketing solutions that meet client goals
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and performance reports for clients
- Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity in Sweden
- Who you are
- At least 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or a client-facing role
- Background in or strong understanding of the marketing industry
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Structured, proactive, and results-oriented
