Power Platform & AI Architect
About this role
We are looking for an experienced Power Platform & AI Architect to lead the use of generative AI through Copilot Studio agents and strengthen our Power Platform capabilities. In this role, you design and deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that support our customers' digitalization and automation across industries.
What you'll doLead the development of Copilot Studio agents and define their architecture and implementation
Design and govern agent operating models, including security, roles, and lifecycle management
Plan and implement integrations between Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and enterprise systems
Design and lead end-to-end Power Platform architectures
Define technical standards, best practices, and ensure integrations with Microsoft 365, Azure, and other enterprise platforms
Act as a technical lead in projects, guiding developers and ensuring high-quality delivery
Conduct architecture reviews and support business stakeholders in solution design
Develop and maintain governance models for Power Platform and AI agents
Optimize licensing, capacity, and cost structures
Drive adoption of new technologies across Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI
What we're looking forStrong hands-on experience with Power Platform
Experience with Copilot Studio and building AI-driven agents
Solid understanding of solution architecture, scalability, and performance optimization
Experience with Azure services such as Functions and Logic Apps
Experience with REST APIs and enterprise integrations
Knowledge of governance models, including environments and DLP policies
Experience in data modeling, especially within Dataverse
Familiarity with CI/CD practices, ALM, and version control (Git)
Experience working in large development or architecture projects
Ability to lead technical solutions and act as a trusted advisor
Strong communication and facilitation skills across technical and business audiences
Ability to support sales and pre-sales activities
