Sulava is a leading Microsoft-focused consulting company built on deep expertise, strong customer trust, and an active role in the global Microsoft community. We are now looking for a Consulting Business Leader to take full ownership of our consulting business, define its strategic direction, and lead its continued growth and evolution.
This is a senior leadership role with broad responsibility and mandate. You will combine strategic, financial, and operational leadership with people leadership, ensuring that Sulava's consulting business scales sustainably, performs profitably, and delivers consistently high-quality outcomes for customers.
Responsibilities
- As the Consulting Business Leader, you are responsible for defining and executing the strategic direction of Sulava's consulting business. You carry full P&L responsibility and are accountable for profitable growth, operational scalability, and delivery excellence.
- You work closely with the executive team, consulting leaders, and sales to align strategy with execution, strengthen market positioning, and ensure that Sulava remains a trusted advisor within the Microsoft ecosystem.
