Director, Group Control & Treasury / Glaston Oyj Abp (Helsinki)

We are looking for a Director, Group Control & Treasury to take full ownership of Glaston’s group‑level external financial reporting and consolidation in a listed company environment. Reporting directly to the Group CFO, this highly visible role sits at the core of the finance function and plays a critical part in financial governance, transparency, and decision‑making.

In this role, you will be accountable for accurate, timely, and IFRS‑compliant external reporting, ensuring the integrity of group consolidation and financial statements. You will work closely with the Financial Shared Services, Group Business Control and senior management, acting as a key finance partner across the organization.

You will lead and develop group‑level consolidation and external reporting processes, continuously strengthening practices, controls, and governance. In addition, you will oversee the Group Treasury function, with responsibility for financing, liquidity management, and financial risk management. You will also serve as line manager for the treasury team, fostering strong performance, development, and collaboration. Your key responsibilities include:

Owning and leading group consolidation and external IFRS reporting.

Interpreting and implementing IFRS standards and ensuring consistent application across the group.

Developing and maintaining group accounting principles, consolidation processes and reporting instructions.

Leading interim and annual reporting processes, including ESEF and covenant reporting.

Leading and overseeing treasury operations, including financing, liquidity and financial risk management. Acting as the line manager for the Treasury team.

Acting as the main contact for external auditors
