About the role In this role, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes, data, and tools across Energy. You will ensure that PLM capabilities support both current and future business needs, acting as a critical link between business stakeholders and IT.

As the end-to-end owner of the Energy PLM strategy, you position PLM as a strategic business enabler. You will drive organisational and end-user adoption through strong capabilities in digitalisation, change management, governance, and lifecycle management-delivering measurable business value and long-term lifecycle impact.

Key responsibilities Define and drive the Energy PLM strategy, acting as PLM concept owner within the process digitalisation roadmap.

Ensure the PLM strategy aligns with business needs and supports Wärtsilä's overarching digital transformation objectives.

Lead end-to-end development of PLM processes, data, and tools, covering the full lifecycle from product development and management, configuration and scope management, operational lifecycle through to end-of-life for products and power plants.
