Would you like to be a key player in the Nordic Customer Quality Team and have the chance to impact our business with colleagues from the four Nordic countries. By taking the lead in the claims process with the customers we are building trust and creating new opportunities for our sales team to grow the business. Together we are a strong team, and we are looking for a new Customer Quality Engineer to our Customer Quality team located in SC Nordic reporting to Customer Quality Leader, SC Nordic.

Taking the lead of the technical claims from customers and cooperate closely with our European manufacturing plants and customers to proactively improve product quality and develop the claim process.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the management of agreed customer claims and warranties, and related processes for credit notes, product recalls and product replacements.

Develop, in cooperation with sales, the relationships with the customers’ quality departments and ensure the Parker brand.

Drive the claims process with our manufacturing plants.

Support in customers’ technical claims situation and understand the customers’ requirements.

Make a change through leading or participate in cross organizational projects.

Kvalifikationer

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

Ability to manage transversal projects across the organization with interpersonal, influencing and networking skills.

Leadership capabilities.

Strong personal drive and responsible.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Embrace lean enterprises, principles and practices.

Fluent in English.

Bachelor’s degree level education or equal work experience.
