About this role
Inkron is a company that develops and manufactures advanced siloxane‑based optical materials. We are looking for a Controller to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our financial planning, reporting and analysis processes.

Your Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting
Monitor financial performance and identify improvement opportunities
Contribute to developing and enhancing financial processes and tools
Assist in developing and maintaining financial frameworks, tools, and processes
Requirements
- A relevant degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
- Ability to interpret and work with data
- Genuine interest in improving operations through data‑driven insights
- Ability to work well under pressure, especially during month‑end closing periods.
- Some experience with SAP ERP is strongly preferred
- Analytical skills and an eye for details
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent Finnish and English both written and spoken
