As our new Program Lead Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellence in delivery, financial stewardship, and cross‑functional coordination within a fast‑moving, high‑performance team.Join our teamJoin a highly engaged, high‑performing group working across Marketing, Technology, Operations and Finance. You will be the “glue” of the program — bringing together strong technical, marketing, operational and financial perspectives.In this role, you will:

Manage and coordinate a large, multi‑track transformation program spanning marketing, operational, technical and financial streams.

Oversee full program governance including scope, risk management, timeline control, and documentation (charters, RAID, RACI, change control).
