Integration Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Integration Team Lead to join our VR IT team in Helsinki.

In this key role, you will build, establish, and lead a centralised integration team responsible for VR integration capabilities. You will guide the team and VR IT through transformation as new integration architecture and ways of working are introduced. In this role, you will ensure the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of integrations that support VR business needs and strategic goals.

VR IT is a recently established centralised IT organisation supporting the entire VR. The integration team is part of the VR IT Solutions team.

Main responsibilities include:

Own the integration roadmap and backlog, aligning interfaces and data flows with enterprise and solution roadmaps.

Plan and oversee integration projects, including scope, milestones, resourcing, budget, and risks.

Ensure successful end-to-end delivery from design through build, test, deployment, and handover to operations.

Define and maintain integration principles, patterns, and standards, including APIs, ESB/iPaaS usage, data contracts, security, and reusability.

Review and approve solution designs to ensure interoperability, scalability, and performance across the VR IT landscape.

Ensure appropriate testing, including component, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing, as well as non-functional requirements such as monitoring, logging, and resilience.

Own the runtime health of integration platforms and key interfaces, including SLAs
