#PROCESS MANAGEMENT, ANALYSIS & IMPROVEMENT Support an effective, efficient, high-quality financial planning process for the organization   Contribution to planning process-related improvements and technical change Design, support & co-develop planning process optimization initiatives.   #DATA QUALITY ASSURANCE Assurance of financial planning relevant data consistency, integrity, accuracy, completeness & timeliness within Finance Systems Application & constant improvement of financial planning validations Deployment and rollout of new planning developments & enhancements   #CONSULTING, TRAINING & SUPPORT In-house consulting & development project contribution concerning financial planning, analysis & process optimization solutions. Execution & design of international key user training within the framework of our Finance Academies Business service management for global planning solutions Global point of contact for the Financial Planning process and support finance planning local key users around the world

Minimum of 2 years of working experience in an FP&A position Knowledge of business process analysis and a proven track record in business process improvement initiatives A solid background in controlling and accounting, along with a good understanding of financial processes, is essential. Experience in working with global planning solutions [e.g. SAP BW Integrated Planning, Oracle Hyperion Planning, etc.] is beneficial. System affinity, conceptual strength, and holistic view Ability to understand complex system correlations, quickly identify and analyze solution delivery risks & impacts as well as define alternatives & prioritizations. High attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills, and the capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders. Ability to communicate effectively with both business & technical teams as well as global stakeholders

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.251,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
