Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Drive excellence through extensive use of AI, embedding AI-assisted practices into development, testing, integration, and operations.

Set clear technical direction and expectations for platform reliability, performance, and scalability.

Lead software teams in program execution.

Collaborate with experts to create technical roadmaps aligned with customer needs.
