Responsibilities
- Property Operations & Guest ExperienceManage day-to-day operations across multiple short-term rental properties
- Handle bookings, calendars, and guest communication with professionalism
- Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and turnovers efficiently
- Ensure consistently high guest satisfaction and strong review ratings
- Revenue & Performance OptimizationImplement and refine dynamic pricing strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Optimize listings to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Identify opportunities to improve operational performance
- Systems & AutomationUse Property Management Systems (PMS) to streamline workflows
- Automate guest communication and operational processes
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date property and booking data
- Compliance & Best PracticesEnsure compliance with applicable short-term rental regulations
- Apply industry best practices to minimize risk and improve efficiency
