About the role

As CFO, you will have a key role in IST’s continued expansion, overseeing both operational and strategic financial matters across the group. This position is part of the Group Executive Management Team.

Your role will cover a wide range of responsibilities, from financial strategy to planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting. You will manage investments such as acquisitions and procurement, while ensuring contract compliance, quality, information security, and profitability. You will be a key cultural ambassador within the organization.

Additional responsibilities include:

Managing financing matters related to real estate and construction projects

Overseeing currency exchange and related financial risks

Ensuring accuracy and compliance in monthly reporting processes

Conducting cash flow analysis and preparing financial statements

Driving proactive initiatives to enhance performance and efficiency

You will also hold overarching responsibility for group-wide support functions—Finance, Standard & Governance and Real Estate, while providing direct leadership to both managers and team members.

The role is based at our Group Headquarters in Växjö, Sweden. Some travel within Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Germany is required.
