As a Senior Game Tools Developer at Snowprint, you’ll take ownership of the tools and workflows that support how our teams design, build, and operate our games. Your work will directly improve how designers, game developers, marketing and community create content, iterate on ideas, and deliver features to players.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll design, build, and maintain the tools that support how our team develops and operates the game. This includes web-based and Unity-integrated tools that allows the team to create, manage, and iterate on game content efficiently. Much of the work revolves around handling game data and building systems that make it easy for designers to add, modify, and manage content.

You’ll take ownership of the tools area within the team, helping shape how these systems evolve over time and ensuring that the tools and pipelines remain scalable, maintainable, and easy to use. You’ll work closely with game developers, designers, and other disciplines to understand their workflows and translate those needs into practical tools.

A large part of the tools stack is web-based, and many tools integrate directly with the game through Unity and C#, allowing designers and game developers to move smoothly between tools and the game engine. You’ll also explore and enable AI-driven workflows, helping the team use them effectively and safely, including considerations around development, deployment, and distribution.
