Responsibilities

  • Email Marketing Manager
  • The Email Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing email marketing strategies to support Nebius prospects and customers throughout their entire customer journey. Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and implement email marketing strategies to support the 3 main stages of customer journey:
  • Pre-sale: customer-centric awareness messaging to core audience and sales sequences to inbound requests.
  • Pipeline: nurture program with consideration content driving contact acquisition and digital pipeline.
  • Post-sale: customer-centric messaging driving loyalty and advocacy.
  • This includes:
  • identifying and segmenting target audiences, setting campaign objectives, and defining KPIs. email strategy for event amplification (pre- and post-event).
  • owning and managing annual email marketing calendar for Nebius.
  • collaborating with Product Marketing Team to ensure alignment with transactional service emails.
  • Content Creation & Curation:
  • Write or source writing of engaging email copy, subject lines, and calls to action, ensuring they are aligned with tone of voice, QA standards, and best practices.
  • When email content is sourced from internal stakeholders, ensure alignment with tone of voice, QA standards, and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to design engaging email templates and get all necessary imagery for every email campaign. Influence the usage of creative automation to accelerate production.
  • Handle approval of legal or SME stakeholder if appropriate.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and document tone of voice and maintain style guide.
  • Email Campaign Execution:
  • Execute end-to-end email campaigns, including crafting/sourcing compelling content, designing engaging email templates in Hubspot, and managing email audiences.
  • Support Ad Hoc email activities such as Product launches, terms of service updates, go-to-market activities, event invitations and follow-ups, sales plays, etc.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization
  • Track, analyze, and report on email campaign performance, focus on engagement (uCTO) versus core audience.
  • Establish internal Benchmarks aligned with past performance and industry recommendations and define success metrics for individual campaigns
  • Own core audience criteria, refreshing as appropriate.
  • Identify areas for improvement in email campaigns and implement strategies to optimize performance, including A/B testing different elements (sender, subject, copy, CTA).
  • Influence Data & Analytics Marketing team to report Email Marketing contribution to marketing successes and ROI measurement
  • Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as Product marketing, Product, Design & Brand, and Sales, to ensure alignment to business priorities and consistency in messaging.
  • Partner with Marketing Automation Manager to:
  • Supplement audience data, optimize segmentation, and generate insights to inform future strategies.
  • Optimize and expand Nebius Communication Preferences.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure all email marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and best practices, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
  • Staying Current:
  • Keep up to date with the latest email marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Understanding of AI technologies and trends
  • Proven experience in email marketing and end-to-end campaign execution
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot is a strong advantage)
  • Ability to build and manage email strategies across the full customer journey
  • Strong skills in campaign analysis, reporting, and A/B testing
  • Native English speaker with strong copywriting and cross-team collaboration skills
