We are now looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialistfor Sweco Group to join our HQ Stockholm office. As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist you will be part of the Group HR team and will have the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders in the different countries. You will be reporting to the Compensation & Benefits Director.

You have several years of relevant working experience, ideally within compensation and benefits and an academic background in Finance, Human Resources or a related field. For this role, we are looking for someone who is analytical, detail oriented and comfortable working with numbers. You have advanced Excel skills and the ability to initiate, drive and deliver projects. Since you will be working with several international stakeholders, it is important that you enjoy collaboration, adapt to different cultures and build wide and effective networks of contacts inside and outside the organiza
