About the Assignment You will take the technical lead for Self Service & Automation in a larger HPC program, where scalable services, clear architecture and reliable delivery are critical. In this role, you own the area end to end: from capturing requirements and shaping solution design to supporting implementation, testing and handover. You will act as the senior architectural point of contact for technical decisions, integrations and design quality across the workstream. You will work closely with engineers, program leadership and customer-facing forums, with responsibility for everything from self-service use cases and automation flows to observability, ingestion/logistics and technical governance. Job DescriptionYou will own the workstream end to end, gathering and validating requirements, translating them into HLDs and LLDs, and driving implementation through acceptance. You will define and scope self-service and automation use cases, manage the backlog, and ensure requirements are fully covered. You will produce and maintain key artefacts such as High Level Designs, Low Level Designs, test scripts, runbooks, as-built documentation and training materials. You will review and assure the quality of designs, test scripts and technical deliverables produced by the team. You will support implementation forums and standups, coach engineers, and act as the go-to expert for technical decisions and troubleshooting. You will lead the design of monitoring and observability within the workstream, including Grafana, metrics selection and integration with the monito
