Join Us as a Frontend Engineer – Shape the Future of Safety Tech
About Consilium Safety Group
At Consilium Safety Group, we build technology that protects lives and critical infrastructure. Our systems are used in environments where clarity, reliability, and usability are essential.
Our development is organized into product-oriented teams across locations. You will join a team whose primary product is a Safety Management System, serving as the main user interface for operators and engineers to monitor, manage, and respond to safety-critical events.
The team’s ambition is clear: to build the world’s best Safety Management System—software that users trust, rely on, and actively prefer. When someone has worked with a Consilium system, our goal is that they should not want to work with anything else. For us, usability is not a visual layer—it is a core part of system quality.
Your Role: Frontend Engineer
You will join the team responsible for how users experience the Safety Management System.
This role is about turning complex system behavior into interfaces that are clear, predictable, and trustworthy. The software you build is used by operators who depend on the system to understand what is happening and act correctly—often under pressure.
You will take responsibility for frontend solutions that value simplicity, consistency, and long-term quality over short-term fixes.

Translate technical and domain-heavy requirements into clear and usable interfaces.
Take ownership of frontend architecture, components, and implementation details.
Work closely with backend engineers to shape integration patterns and data flows.
Ensure interfaces are robust, intuitive, and maintainable over time.
Continuously improve usability, frontend practices, tooling, and shared patterns within the team.
