Area Manager, North Finland, Premises (Seinäjoki, Vaasa, Oulu)

Elisa's Network Services is responsible for the design, implementation and operation of Elisa's networks - we manage, develop and standardize critical network facilities, working closely with partners and technology.

We are looking for an Area Manager to take responsibility for our production property portfolio covering the area from Southern Ostrobothnia to Northern Lapland.

The role is positioned within Network Services' Premises department which isresponsible for ensuring that our production properties across Finland are efficient, compliant and fit for purpose.

In this role you will be responsible for a developing portfolio of our production properties in your assigned area. You will work as a specialist in the properties ensuring that all operations run smoothly and the premises meet our own and our customers' needs.

Your responsibilities include:

Being first point of contact in all technological and administrative matters with our chosen network of partners in your own area of properties.

Developing strategic space utilisation plans and managing the capacity of the premises within your area.

Managing quality and meeting relevant requirements, incl. conducting regular inspections to ensure that all work (relating to, e.g. equipment, maintenance, repair, cleaning, etc.) carried out in your area is done in accordance with our contracts and applicable standards.

Ensuring all instructions and data regarding the use of the premises are up to date and followed by those using the premises.

Actively identifying areas for optimization and energy efficiency.

Co-operating with technology managers (HVAC, electricity, security) in the coordination and management of maintenance and building work.

Sustainability reporting in your area of responsibility.
