We are now looking for a Site Quality Manager to join Nordec’s project organization and support high-quality execution on our construction sites across Europe. The role focuses primarily on data center projects and large industrial projects in Northern Europe.

As Site Quality Manager, you support the Site Manager in all site-related quality management matters. You ensure that project-specific quality and compliance requirements are implemented, followed and documented in line with contracts, customer expectations and Nordec’s quality principles, and that agreed compliance targets are communicated to the client.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain project-specific Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
  • Follow up site quality processes and inspections together with supervisors and installation teams
  • Coordinate third-party inspections and handle deviations and NCRs
  • Manage quality documentation and handover material
  • Utilize Dalux for quality tracking and documentation
  • Support and guide site organization and subcontractors in quality matters
  • Report quality progress in site and project meetings
  • Key success factors in this role are
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or similar
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in
