Responsibilities

  • Key responsibilities in your new role
  • As a Global Account Manager, you will lead and drive business growth with your assigned customers. You will furthermore lead our Finnish subsidiary.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for key global customers, and build and maintain customer relationships
  • Lead and coordinate virtual, multinational teams to deliver on ambitious business objectives
  • Identify & utilize Leads to develop an understanding of prospect needs, and identify new and drive known opportunities to business win
  • Develop the 5-year account strategy plan for your designated accounts and be accountable for design-win, business-win and revenue growth for assigned customers
  • Own negotiation preparations, execution and quoting
  • Analyze customer demands and create an accurate sales forecast
  • Act as the legal representative and country manager for Infineon Technologies' Finnish subsidiary

  • Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Account Management, Technical Account Management, Marketing, or Business Development with Telecom market understanding as preferred
  • Proven leadership capabilities in driving virtual teams across multinational environments
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to translate complex information into executable plans
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to set effective targets and drive team performance
