We are now inviting applications for an Assistant or Associate Professor (tenure track) position in International Business. The position will be filled primarily as a fixed-term position under the tenure track system. The tenure track level is determined by the applicant's merits and career stage.

Job description and requirements

The field of the position is International Business . In the International Business subject, research and teaching focus on the internationalization of firms, foreign direct investments, international marketing strategies, and sustainable international business. We are looking for a person with the level of qualification of an Assistant Professor or an Associate Professor to strengthen the research and education expertise of the School. The research tasks of the positions are connected to the International Business and Marketing Strategies research group.

The following subject areas represent and exemplify (but do not fully cover) possible research areas that we value and are suitable for the task:International ownership modes (joint venture or wholly owned subsidiary), establishment modes (acquisition or greenfield), and digital entry modes.

Management of firms' global sustainable value chains, including resilience strategies for mitigating potential geopolitical risks and sustainability challenges.

Designing and managing digital and sustainable international business model renewal.
