About the role
Join our Nordic Health and Pharma team as a Business Director and help clients transform their businesses through digital, data, and AI. In this role, you'll drive the success of a high-potential portfolio of prospects and established clients, including the large enterprises and mid-size companies across Nordic health and pharma sectors.
As a key member of the team, you'll focus on strategic client management and new business development, building long-term partnerships based on trust, value, and impact. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Futurice to design and deliver technology-driven solutions that generate measurable business outcomes.
Success in this role means strengthening strategic relationships, expanding our client base and delivering transformative outcomes while cultivating a strong, collaborative team culture.
These skills and experiences will give you good grounds for success: Several years of success in business development and strategic account management within technology and digital consulting in the Nordics.
Interest in growing your client portfolio by opening new clients.
Proven ability to handle complex sales and high-stakes negotiations.
Expertise in digital transformation, AI, and data-driven business models
Industry-sector experience and insight into how companies need to evolve in the current market and economic conditions is a plus.
Ability to lead yourself systematically and tolerate ambiguity at times.
